EMAIL ACCOUNTS

Some email accounts have had their password reset due to a recent upgrade. We will be restoring passwords to what they were before the upgrade, but you can reset them quicker by going through Email Director.

Video Tutorial Links

We have added video tutorial links through out the system where a tutorial is available. Please look for the purple and grey question mark button near the top right part of the screen.

Some areas of the system have multiple video tutorials. The popup window will have buttons to navigate between the different videos.

Emails Missing Issue

We are currently in the process of looking into the missing emails. All accounts are still active and able to send and receive emails, but past email and folders are now showing.

Directory System Updates

We have made more updates and adjustments to the new directory upgrade. Here are some of the changes:

1. More settings available in the backend
2. Directory listings display corrected
3. Detailed view refreshed
4. More user interactivity/participation options available
5. Rating system enhanced
6. More sorting options
7. The ability to add 'tags' to directory entries

INTRODUCING LIVE CHAT SUPPORT!

We have installed a live chat system to improve our customer support even more! You will find the new button in the top right menu when logged into your Goozmo account.

The button will not show if live chat is closed or all operators are offline.

Normal live help support hours are M-F 9am-4pm MDT.
